Are you wondering what to make for that little one of yours for lunch or dinner right now?
here is a quick, easy and yummy meal idea which uses ingredients which are probaby all inside your kitchen.
It is also packed with balanced nutrients.

and I enjoyed it as well!
YOU WILL NEED:
an egg (2 if you are cooking for two)
a little milk (approx. 10ml)
spinach ( in smallest possible pieces )
half a carrot (grated)
a pinch of salt
butter for frying
sweet corn for carbohydrate side dish or any other source e.g rice, noodle
YOU NEED TO:
beat your eggs and add the milk, spinach and carrot.
In a pan, add butter and fry the egg mixture like scrumbled eggs
as for my sweet corn, I used butter to slightly fry in a pan.
